Introduction. Understanding the peculiarities of determination behavior individuals, in particular, security workers, conflict situations by their individual characteristics, can significantly help organizational psychologists, specialists personnel work during selection and placement according to areas, forecasting, resolution prevention conflicts at workplace, increase overall efficiency firms. Aim. To find out relationship between propensity guards use certain conflict-management strategies personal characteristics. Methods. The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Іnstrument (ТКІ) (adapted N. Grishina), Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF) R. Cattell, Leongard-Shmishek Accentuation Type Test, Test self-assessment stressresistance S. Kouhenand G.
